First things first, waiting and more waiting
He's up next for the running long jump
Here he comes
Way to jump Kaine!
Kaine finding out his measurements, ask him how he did, I am sure he'd love to tell you!
Watching his best friend Hayden take his turn at the long jump
Grandpa stealing some kisses
200 meter dash, I think Kaine took 6th place
It was real close at the end, he almost passed the kid in the blue!
More waiting...
Is it any wonder he didn't want to hang out with us?
Coming to say hi and tell us all about the race, first yellow ribbon
Little brother watching big brother
Popcorn and Twix bars, hmm?
Hanging out with his brother and sister
The gang :)
4x100 meter relay, Kaine did great, he is out front
The pass off
Hanging out with the girls, just kidding I like to razz Kaine about the girls just a little :)
Headed to do his last event, the 100 meter hurdles, check out those ribbons
Kaine's in the right hand lane
Wow! Look at him clear those hurdles, way to go Kaine!!
Kaine and Hayden
His best cheerleader
Headed home
It's sad for me to think that middle school is coming. Kaine is in his final two weeks of elementary school, what is happening?! I know Kaine is excited and nervous to see what becomes of his middle school years after his orientation this week, he has lots to look forward to. We are anxious too, we know he will do great things if he just puts his mind to it! I am hoping we will get to see him participate again next year in some middle school athletics, maybe even track and field!
