Four Months Old

Grandma and Me right after I was born.

Me in my pretty Christmas outfit. 4 months old.

Lilia is four months old and it is hard to believe. She is growing so fast. I can't remember life without her nor do I want to. She is the best thing that has happened to me besides my Matthew and Kainer. We are so happy God blessed us with our little girl.

Arctic Super Cold Blast Out 2008

They, the news, are calling it Arctic Blast 2008. I am calling it Arctic Super Cold Blast Out 2008 because I think it sounds cooler plus just as ridiculous. Here at the Conrad house we are trying to keep entertained. We are getting kind of tired of this snow thing, there are only so many hours you can spend in the snow before it gets what Kaine would say boring, not to mention cold. Besides our snow adventures we have watched My Girl, Open Season, Ratatouille, Wall-E, wrapped our Christmas gifts and baked some chocolate chip peanut butter cookies. We are so excited for Christmas, its only a few days away. We love you all and wish you a very Merry Christmas.

Thanksgiving

Getting ready for lights at the Grotto with Grandpa Jerry.

Grandpa Scott and Lilia Thanksgiving Day.

Nana and Lilia Thanksgiving day.
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration this year! Matt, Lilia, and I spent the day visiting with Matt's family and enjoying delicious food. My mom and dad came down for the long weekend and we got to enjoy their company as well. We went to the lights at the Grotto, our Thanksgiving weekend tradition. This year Grandma and Grandpa went with us. Kaine spend the holiday weekend with his mom and enjoyed her and his family there. We have so much to be thankful for this year. Our health, our happiness, our newest family member Lilia, our new home, our families, each other, this great country, and so much more. We are a very blessed family and let us always remember it. I hope we remember to keep the spirit of Thanksgiving in our hearts throughout the year.
